Under Book keeping and payroll, they maintain the books of accounts that record all the financial transactions. Manitain a payroll record of the salaries paid to all employees.

Under tax planning and preparation, they plan taxes by providing reference of necessary expenditure and the investments. They help us cut down taxes.

Under business development and valuation, they keep a record of the assets and liabilities of the company and also help in the overall development of the company by maintaining the value of the company at a level. This is usually done by cutting down the taxes and improving the revenues.
