For companies like Amazon, customers are the most important factor because their business runs with them. Customer satisfaction is what their business runs on. If the customers are dissatisfied , they stop buying form the site and hence it will be a huge loss for the company . Hence they focus on customers and run as per their demand.. They need to amend the procedires if the customers demand and if any customer gives negative feedback they will loose business. Hnece they need to plan their marketing according to the customers and hence customer voice drives marketing decisions in this organisation.
