Why its best to put personal conflict aside while working on a project with team members at work

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Its very important to put personal conflict aside while working on a project with team members at work, as if someone will carry the personal conflict, it will have negative affect on the project and the team won’t be able to communicate well and work simultaneously in a sync to finish the project. Whereas, if personal conflict would put aside, the team can focus on the project and deliver their best to make it successful. Also, it would be highly improper to mix the personal conflict with the work. As, it would harm that individual, team and eventually the organization.
