Management deals with doing things done by the people. Here also there is always a hidden factor of business ethics in every decision of the manager.

Some of the basic role of management in implementing business ethics are :

1. Wide scope

Management has a wide scope or its presence throughout the organisation , and for proper functioning its important to implement the business ethics.

2. Credibility

A sucessfull management can be sucessfull only with its credibility. That the reason all the employee from the the same organistion follows a similar kind of this kind of activity . To increse the credibility of the the management its important to have a uniformic business ethic.
