  • The project was student information management system in which we were supposed to automate all the operations that are necessary to run a college. The project took place last year from March to November and the goal was to ensure that manpower to run the college is reduced and the operational work is done as fast as possible without any delay.
  • The duration of the project was 9 months i.e. March to November.
  • The project cost was $40,000 and the manpower commitment was to ensure that the entire project should be completed successfully within 8 months i.e. till October without any functional bug in the system.
