Its actually very complex to determine if power has been used ethically. Ethical behavior which serves in the purpose of serving the best for the maximum number of people. But, if the power has been used for self-interest and it fails to help the organization in going forward and accomplishing its goals, then it won’t be considered as ethical. While being in power, there are many circumstances arise where one has to take decisions or use its power as per the situation and it becomes tough for the person who is in power to choose the one between the ethical or unethical.
