Non traditional Policy Makers are the decisions taken by the government or stakeholders for the development of culture and political system . As it is important to create the opportunity for the people for economic stability, its important to create the awareness about the Heritage policy development with the help of Goverenment policies.so, their are several bodies which helps in implementing the decision making and policies are Government, political parties, public, Business,institutes etc.

According to me , the Fiscal Policy is the best example of policy making at local level. since it helps in managing the public revenue, expenditure and public debt to achieve certain objectives. the main source of public revenue are Taxes. Fiscal policy of the government affect the business activities and encourage to invest in projects.
