Explain in detail what is meant by: "unenforceable contracts." Do not simply give me the textbook definition. You must explain an unenforceable contract in detail at in a paragraph.

Unenforceable Contract are generally valid but due to some specific reason or some technical problem which render to fulfill the contract in a legel term , is not considered the Enforceable Contract .

For Example. While Selling the property , the agreement of sale between the parties are made, in which both the parties agree to sale and purchase the property at the desired Price and even the procedure of payment, where all papers and documents are varified, registry is handover when getting all the payment, But only one Technical problem arise is transfer of Memorandum which was not signed , by which Agreement of sale is not satisfied and thus it is not considered the Enforceable by law or Unenforceable Contract .
