Why does change management become a big issue again during the Improve phase? Describe how you would use some of the change management tools discussed in module 4 in the Improve phase.

Improve phase involves reconstructing and designing of system and improve the performance of the organisation. In this stage change management will create confusionand including that changes with these improvement startegies is very difficult. The work might get interrupted and hence we need experts to handle these two strategies together. However when we combine these change management tools with improvement we get the best output . Change management can be used to enhance the structure and improve it's function. The organisation can reconstruct itself eliminating the negative issues present in it. This helps in imporvement of the overall performance of the organisation.
