Q1.In a knowlededged based economy of business era, it is important to develop the Reputation and Business links since it enhances the effectiveness by achieving the stakeholder's satisfaction for long run by helping in innovation and give good quality of products, reduces the cycle time in ordering and delivering of product, enhances Flexibility and Adaptation.

Q2. Typically in an Organisation , when you are discussing the confidential information or sharing data with the concerned person , there you seek an In- person conversation.

For the instant information or important information or for professional call you may seek a pick up a phone call.

For Virtual Meeting , when a concerned person( such as Suppliers, Clients, trainee, interviewee) is not available in office, city or country , the virtual meeting can take place Example like Skype, Video call , teleconferencing etc. It helps in enhance the time saving and cost.

Q3.Yes in My Office, i felt criticized once for lack of information and technology used in our firm from the clients. To do list was really high and we did not treat Knowledge as a Tangible asset which employs Information , technology to acquire and store , not using Portals, locators, softwares which transforms text or numbers in graphs .

As a receiver of Criticism , i felt where the amount of time and efforts really goes despite of having Intangible Knowledge such as experience, skills and ideas.

Q4. Techniques like Teleconfrencing, Skype Call, Video conference etc are virtual meeting which are more effective than face to face because.

  • It Eliminate the Turfs, Politics of various levels, traditional hierarchy to follow( from junior to senior approach) etc are removed and directly leads to provide better ideas to higher lvel of management and get the things done in better ways.
  • It helps in break down the Departmental hurdles and share for long term goals, ideas and creativity together which helps in prioritize the task.
  • It Improves the customer Srvice by shorten the time, cost and empowers the employees.
