It needs to be well planned and the members must be efficient enough to take their own decisions . There are some risks associated with this strategy . If the members are not capable enough th edecisions might turn problematic to the organisation and this will show the inefficiency of the leader. There might even be a deviation from the plan and the results might not be as expected.
