Whe the goal and objectives are clear and financial condition is stable, leadership strategy will be appropriate. It needs to be well planned and the members must be efficient enough to take their own decisions . There are some risks associated with this strategy . If the members are not capable enough th edecisions might turn problematic to the organisation and this will show the inefficiency of the leader. There might even be a deviation from the plan and the results might not be as expected.
