Homework Answers

Answer #1

Price of a product cannot be maintained same across the coutries because the currencies and their values are different and the demand for that product varies from place to place depending on the people residing there. We need to customise the product from country to country and this might require higher or lower prices depending on which the price of the product is set. Hence it is difficult to maintain a standardised price for a product across all the countries or areas. For example if we take Apple products, they maintain different prices in differetn countries . Some countries have high prices while in some other countries they come at cheaper prices.
