The five key impacts of the ethical principles of the healthcare environment are:

1. Improve care quality and efficiency: The quality is basically in the treatment which is affected because of medical professional’s negligence and lack of having the skill for reaching the better diagnosis. The efficiency of the treatment loses and it fails to meet its standards. The quality of care has to be improved to increase the efficiency of the caring process.  

2. Implementation measures for accessing to care: Providing the equal treatment and basic access should remain in the medical treatment process. The patient should get the access to the treatment that they deserve from the healthcare organization to make them physically fit and strong.

3. Sustaining the managed healthcare workforce: The healthcare workforce requires to be maintained for the long-term relationship with the patients. The workforce should involve staffs and qualified medical professionals who should keep the necessary involvement in the work to excel the pattern of treatment.

4. Acknowledging the several ends of life issues: The end of life issues are required to be acknowledged in the most caring way, the health care authority should show respect to the patient, give an extra care for any hope of recovery. 5.
