New business requires new ideas and innovation. The innovation requires proper direction to succeed. The entrepreneurship and insubordination are like to clearly marked road signs. The entrepreneurship route can take us to the innovation and greater things and the other route takes us to insubordination and the impulsive behavior. The new ideas can be both good and bad and not all are capable of differentiating what is good and what is bad. Some people choose the right ideas and some exhibit radical behavior and choose the bad ideas. So this fine line is the difference between the entrepreneurship and insubordination. Choosing the right track leads to innovation and the radical behavior and impulsive thinking leads to insubordination. The problem with the insubordination is that the people refuse to take a no for an answer and they remain persistent with their decision-making skills.
