The type of written communication that concerns me the most is the business email. This is because the email will carry some kind of vital information related to the business and this cannot be sent to the wrong audience. The other problem with the email is that once it is sent it is not possible to unsend the email and then delete the message. The email communication is there in the business for a very long time and the companies should come up with an option to unsend the email after it is sent to the wrong audience. This can save people in the workplace when they make a mistake while sending an email to the client. The emails can also be hacked and this can leak the vital information related to a company. This needs to be more secure in the future for the companies to trust this method of communication blindly to share the information.
