Decision tree analysis is a graphical representation of various alternatives solution that are available to solve the problem. decision tree analysis is a scientific model and is often used in the decision making process of organization. it is a tree like structure in which problem in decision making can be seen in the form of flow chart . it is good to use in what if situation. decision tree analysis can be represented by lines, squares and circle. the circle in decision tree represent uncertain outcomes, squares represent decision, and the lines represent consequences.
