Ans:- A public private partnership is the association of government and a private firm in which the private firm participates in management and profit sharing. There are inorganic and organic means to achieve growth for any company. Organic means to achive growth is by internal development which there are in-organic means to achive growth like strategic alliances, joint ventures, acquisition etc.

For a public-private partnership the best means to achive diversification is through internal develpoment because:-

a). Internal development gives an opportunity to employees to venture into new roles and try new ideas for diversification.

b). Internal development gives an opportunity for a public-private partnership to use each others resources to the maximum.

c). The management can take an advantage of its expertise and implement private work culture through out the organisation to achieve results.
