I worked in an IT multinational. They employes many company culturals, like-

• No employee should greet his senior by calling him 'SIR'. He should call him by his name
• Young CEO program was launched to identify young talents
• Cross functional transfers of employees were common

What were some of the positives and negatives?

• By removing salutations company removed beaurocratic culture in company
• Young talents were nurtured at an early stage to build future leadership
• Employees were empowered and trained in every field
• frequent transfer caused disruption in employees life
