What are the basic building blocks of structure? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

Basic building block of structure is a smallest structural unit of an organism or system which perform independent function. If we think about a system, the whole system is made from the collection of these smallest units. The company’s output depends upon this smallest unit’s performance. Management make strategy only, the proper way of implementation of these strategy is depends on the basic building block. If any dispute in a single unit can leads whole system dispute. So we can say it is the base of any system if we want better output we should implement our strategy in good way at basic structure. Due to any external or internal sources if one unit is not performing well or try to create hindrance in another’s work the whole system will disturb.
