The typical unfair labor practices in an organizing campaign are:

1. Intruding into the rights of a worker and that may be privacy or may even be forming a union or a platform for collective bargaining

2. Discriminating employees because of various reasons like race, color, age, sex, ethnicity, religion, national origin, personal preference, etc.

3. Depriving employees of their rights

4. Interfering in personal space of the employees
