Effectiveness - It is concerned with doing the right task, completing activities and achieving goal in the given time period. Effectiveness can be defined as capability to achieve the desired goal or outcome.

Efficiency - It refers to do that ask and organise activities in the right way with minimum cost and optimum utilisation of resources. Efficiency comes with the coordination in an organisation.
