Homework Answers

Answer #1

A team requires dedicated team members for successful completion and achieving the desired results. Having volunteers in a team helps to ease out the tasks but high performance of the team is not guaranteed. It is because the volunteers may not at time show full dedication towards the work since they are not getting any benefits and have volunteered because of personal interests. They may or may not take responsibility for high performance of the team.

Thus, option 1 i.e. team members are volunteers, is the correct answer to the given question.
