A large company has invited you to join in a discussion with their legal and human resource officers about integrating ethics into and between their departments. They want your ideas. Use Figure 4.2 and any other ideas from this and previous chapters to outline what you would contribute. Write up a paragraph to share with your class/group.

To integrate ethics into the organisation and across the department it is very important to explain the legal actions that can be taken against any unethical behaviour of employees. Examples of unethical behaviour should be described and made clear among all the employees of all departments. Previous case studies of unethical behaviour should be demonstrated and explained. Importance of values such as integrity, honesty and character should be emphasized during presentation. Organisations mission and vision should include these values so that it can imprint on all the employees of organisation.
