Integration is must for the multiple project management office at large organization because it needs more of the cordination activity among the employees.If integration will not be there then it would be difficult for the organization to achieve the project in the desired time period and with budgeted cost.When multi-level of employees will integrate to execute the task they will bring experience and knowledge of their respective activities.Proper communication, separation of task they performed, coordination among the employees etc. are important key for this.
