Point of care decisions involve much responsibility and expertise in choosing the right option. These decisions are often influenced by power and authority. Management might impose some rules while taking these decisions such the use of a particular equipment or brand. These decisions might sometimes effect the situation negatively. They might lead to failure of the situation and might also effect lives. Hence these decisions are more effective with less influences.
