Unethical leadership: These are the kind of leadership in which decisions and day to day behaviors made by organizational leaders come out to be illegal and against moral standards, such decisions and behaviors promote the unethical environment.

Unethical leadership has many forms and leaders under this leadership are those who are not the moral leaders and just take decisions for the benefit and profitability of the organization.

Example: Asking the employee to work for more than office hrs. Constantly for a week in order to achieve the customer target.
