Recruitment is a big term it effect the organization. So in recruitment so many things matter like the age ,gender, personality these things effect the organization.

*Age :- Age is also matter according to the job profile like in some areas only young people required such as field job because it required too much energy and for the older people these types of jobs are not fit.Because an organization want that employees who can work more so in this type of job mostly they prefer energetic workers.so age matters.

Eg:- A company need employees for the field work they prefer young age group because in field job huge energy required and there are so many other problems related to health so the organization prefer young age group because for young agr people they require less amount than the older age group.

*Gender:- Now a days an organization are focused on gender but it is according to the job timing and the job profile. For the safety of their employees

Eg :- An organization required worker for their company who deals in 24*7 and timing are not fixed so in this gender effect.because at a point an organization have an responsibility for their employees so for the female security and some other things gender matters.

*Personality :- basically personality depends on the job profile because at a point they need a good personality people which attract customers . personality of employees plays an important role for the organization it effects the company Goodwill.

Eg:- For a. Sale profile they must need a good personality employee because it attract the customer.so at a point personality matters.
