Is it possible for stakeholder relationship to be only one-way? Discuss.

Yes. There are stakeholders which need to be managed through one way relationship. The examples are Government and law enforcement agencies. These are not the type of bodies which are affected by the project's success or failure but they can affect the success of project. For example, a project has a one way relationship with law enforcement bodies that will not come into picture until the project violates any of the laws laid down by it. By violation of law, the project owner will not affect the law enforcement department but the later can affect the former by initiating action against it. Therefore it is a one way stakeholder relationship.
