Answer.
Considering the local market, in my city, there are many small retailers who largely sells local potato chips which are not branded and packaged properly. Customers often complaint about the oil used in frying the chips which causes severe throat infections in children and adults. These chips are distributed to the retailers of the market by the individual producers, who are not publically recognised. These small vendors need to be considered for reviewing the oil they use to help and prevent the public from such severity and health issues. Governmental authorities must take action to assign some food inspection and guide the producers and retailers to consider the problem and make decisions to provide Product which is not harmful for the people. These producers must use edible and safe oil which doesn't cause any infection, they must seriously take into account hygeine factors so that they will offer better quality products to the customers. Some health standards must be set for such small vendors so that they will comply to the standard and adhere to the safety instructions.
