Yes , there are many organizations which are promoting the ethical and value based policies for employees as well as other stakeholders like customers, suppliers and government itself.

But , the sentencing guidelines cover the following points:

1) To describe a model for good croporate citizenship. (2) utilization of the model to bring a fair corporate sentencing policy by providing objective and defined criteria; and (3) Incentives to corporations to control the crime.

It is true that many parts of the country have adopted and initiated the ethical and value based policies for workplace. Even , healthy workforce can be motivated to do higher performance without the support of management and individual schemes to them .
