Answer #1

My recommendation to Microsoft's Corporation main problem when it comes to Porter's competitive forces analysis of threat of entry is to use its global image and reputation as a tremendous organization and create policies to strengthen its reputation in the market based on past performance in order to wipe out competition from newer organizations. Microsoft can formulate strategies to bring changes to its structure and go with the changing market conditions so that threat of new entrants is reduced to a significant level.
