With high cognitive skills, a person can swiftly achieve the learning curve and can perform with training time. The validity of the cognitive abilities can be identifies using varies certified test measures. People with high cognitive skills generally score well in the academics and gets higher opportunities throughout. When an organization hire more of highly cognitive candidates, the attrition rate of such members should also be reviewed. The personality of the people is also as important as cognitive ability when it comes to teamwork and should be able to manage the team with good leadership qualities.
