what and how are the job activites of support personnel works in classical material management system?

in classical material management system following job activities can work-

1- activity of making purchase decision- it is the material managers who decides the quantity & cost of materials required in the company.this activitiy help to provide the personnel a direction in which they have to work.

2- maintain & measure the quality of the materials- manager would support his personnel in material management to keep the quality of materials maintained & compare them with the stanadard quality.

3- roles & responsiblities- material manager alloted the roles & responsibilties to personnel in material management system so that there would not be any conflict of interest among them.

4- trainning activity- in material management, not only purchase of materials is determined but also the flow & handling of materials aslo taken care of. personnel are provided proper training how to handle the machines & materials in this system.
