Ans: The organisations are using various methods to increase workforce diversity, like:

a). The organisation hire from different cast, creed, religion and ethnicity of this world to increase diversity.

b). The organisation also try to increase gender diversity at workplace by giving equal opportunity to everyone.

c). The reference should be taken from employees who could provide candidates from different background.

d). Employees should be retained and supported to perform at workplace.

e). The hiring should be done from a large geographical area so that a large pool pf talent can be onboarded.

f). The employees should be trained not to descriminate on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity etc at workplace.

g). There should be strong HR practices which can penalise for descrimination on any grounds.
