Answer #1

Change is something which is inevitable and its something which makes most of the people uncomfortable. And, if I want to change my organisation’s culture, the biggest resistance I expect from employees will be resistance to change. As, they would be in a comfort zone in the current organizational culture and if I would bring new changes, it will require them to come out of their comfort zones. To deal with this resistance, I would show them the positive sides of this change and how this change will bring positive impact and growth to the organization as well as all of them.
