The process of following all the rules and having the firm run in a ethical manner with all the supply chain activities following the guidelines and using environment friendly material is known as ethic sourcing. This helps a firm in building it's reputation and providing an ethical work environment to it's employees. Ethic sourcing also helps in maintaining social responsibility . Right and duties in ethic sourcing means the rights of an invidual to question what is unethical and follow the ethical guidelines in their duties. It means the responsibility of the supply chain to follow an ethical way of performing duties and being responsible and ethical.
