Yes, the statement is correct one’s an email, message, or text leaves our hand or posted , send by us , it means I have published it or post it. I can not deny that or say that some one else has done it. We need be careful where we have signed it or send any text. As, all the allegation will come on me.

The ramification of the statement are-

1. Some one can mis used it to defame any person.
2. It can be done unintentionally so the person should have the option to recall it.
