Depending on how a company reacts, how whistleblowing could affect a company’s future?

Whistleblowing is something that an organization may not prefer because it is an act where existing employees or former employees raise their voice against discontent and any unethical actions that are being practiced by the Organizations. If the reaction of the organization is ignorant regarding the same, they might not improve and have a negative impact on their business which may result in decline of the business. Again, if the organization believe that they have to take better decisions based on the same and act seriously as well, they will improve and be better for the organization that will help in doing business too.
