The way an organisation works reflects the culture it follows which leaves an impact on the customers and the world. The ethical practices helps the organisation in setting some standards and expectations for itself whereas unethical practices leaves a mark on the organisation which will haunt it forever, While ethical practices boost up the business providing some worldwide opportunites,unethical activities lower the global market of the organisation. Ethical practices paves way for growth in global market while unethical practices hinder them. One unethical activity can eliminate all the goodwill set up by a number of ethical activities .Operations management need to encourage ethical activites and when it fails to do so it will also loose trust of companies. Hence both of them willl affect the growth of an organisation and inturn the growth of operations management globally.
