In March 2010 patient Protection and affordable care Act was passed by congress. This was one of the most important piece of legislation which provided several provision relating to the child care.

Key provisions of affordable care act of 2010 are as follows.

Pre existing conditions

According to the changes in law no child in American Society would be denied insurance based on pre existing health conditions. This type of approach affected the Healthcare industry of United States drastically and provided positive support to their overall operational structure which directly Alliance with HNH foundation's mission.

Coverage for young adults
