Many individuals in the company struggle with giving information presentations at work. They have trouble organizing their thoughts, use ineffective graphics, and simple are not concise in their wording. How will you train the group to give effective informative presentation? Can someone give me a good activity that will last 5-10 minutes to train a group to present information effectivly.

There are various aspects and ways in which groups can be trained for giving good presentations:
•   Adaptive methods should be used, I.e. groups should be made as per the existing ability of the people and then each group should be given individual importance to teach presentation skills.
•   The team should be made aware of what amount of information is to be given in the presentation and through which sources they should be procured.
•   They should be told about the tastes and preferences of the audience so that accordingly the tone of presentation is set.

An activity can be performed to train the group. The participants should be divided into groups and each group should be asked to give presentation to the rest of the audience ? The remaining groups should be asked to provide feedback and in the end top 5 feedback’s should be worked upon so that they learn their own suggestions.
