Decision making is considered a fundamental part of management effectiveness because the decision making style differs from one manager to another and only the manager with suitable decision making style can make successful decisions that helps the organization to achieve its goals. Management can be considered to be effective only when they reach the goals overcoming the risks and uncertainties and effective managers would be able to find the best solution to problems.
