Given emerging workplace and human capital trends, what is one element you would incorporate into a training you were responsible for delivering at your workplace?

The ay of doing husj ess has changed a lot from what it was few years back and today Organizations need to be very much effective in their approach in order to sustain in the industry with intense competition and in order to achieve the same the organizations need to have a conversation.petitive advantage over it's competitors and that is possible only when they are different and unique from others.

I have observe that people have ideas but generally they are unable to express based on various reasons and in order to get rid of such issues I would like to incorporate creative confidence sessions in the training module that will be delivered by me. I believe that this is very much important where organizatiinsal need to understand the importance of creativity and promote the same within the workforce so that employees start expressing their ideas to foster a similar culture.
