Globalization : Due to the rapid increase in globalization, companies focus on training their employees new global trends, increase their product and process knowledge to sustain the global competition. In the next few years, due to globalization training and development field will be impacted as companies will provide international exposure to their employees, form a joint venture with the global companies and invest more in training and development of employees.

Mobility : Organizations will focus more upon providing employees training regarding personal development, career advancement and professional development.

Millennial and Changing Demographics : In the future most of the workforce in the company will be Gen Y and Millennials, therefore training and development activities will be creates as per need of these tech savy and multitasking generation. Traditional classroom based teaching approach will be changed with the technology based learning methods.

New Behaviors : Leadership style, employee behavior, Leadership position will undergo drastic change, as the structured hierarchies will be replaced with that of flatter organisation arrangements with a more casual approach.

Technology : Organizations will be more technology focused due to alteration of processes and global needs, it will also allow the global workforce to communicate with each other without the boundaries of border and timezone, allowing them to work from the remote places without missing out on any update.
