Explain when a negotiation becomes a contract.

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Negotiating a contract is the process by which the parties or stakeholders involved negotiate based on their interests and finally an agreement is reached after the mutual acceptance of the terms and conditions being negotiated. I personally believe that negotiation is a very important and integral aspect in the contract formation and creation and hence based on that and it's acceptance a negotiation turns into a contract that is being agreed upon by both the parties.
