Task Oriented leadership people will seek efficiency and will maintain quality standards without loosing the deadline targets. They are highly target oriented people who drives the people to get the task completed proficiently. Due to the style of leadership, the creativity is not encouraged in the team and they are self-governing and autonomous.
People oriented leadership is where the task execution tend to be unstructured as the creativity of the team is appreciated. The people in the team gets appreciated for every task they do and they will be made part of the entire organization success. The issue arises when people relationship is valued higher than the company’s goals.
