1) Yes, It can make confidence in the students like no hesitation in public speech. Speeches of representatives to students union, renowned personalities, motivational speaker, career counsellor etc, can generate the confidence among students that they can achieve greater success into their life. They get new ideas and thoughts. Even, democratic values can be learned by them if political leaders will address them with their speech.

2) Yes, I believe that non-violent protests are more effective in achieving the goals of movement. It is due to the reason that College adminisatrtion and government’s authorities might well understand the concerns of the protesters. Now days, social media tools make such protests more popular among the citizens. Hence, support from a higher mass can be getting. It is also important that damages caused by violence ultimately disturb the main issues of the protests/ movement.
