Licensing of the professionals does not guard against negligence. If anything is an acceptable in any specific job preference then it would be treated as a negligent act. For an example, if a doctor fails to perform his duty and gives wrong medication to the patient it would be considered as a negligence and his licence for being a doctor would not be a specific guard in this situation.
Malpractice insurance provides a support to the wrongfully and mistakenly done malpractice towards any professional. It does not cover any International all practice that is done in the job. This is specific type of insurance structure directly provide support with any kind of mistakenly done malpractice rather than listening the care taken by the professionals in the respective environment.
