a) What is your understanding of the philosophical dimensions of critical thinking? Discuss the main characteristics of critical thinking

Philosophical dimensions of critical thinking:

Relative Constructive logics: Philosophically, the all logics presented for thinking shall found relative to each other. Unless the logic connectivity has not proven, the critical points of the matter cannot be determined.

Thinking beyond the Data presentation to define the trend: Even if data pattern is parenting the logical trend of events/ issues, the philosopher think beyond the data. The philosophical touch in critical thinking relies less on data.

Components at a glance: The philosophical thinking encourage thinkers to put all the components together and have a relevancy study between them. The critical thinking should include 5W components (Who, when, what, where and which).       

Route cause for the situation occurs: Finding causes for one issue using different techniques is part of Philosophical dimensions of critical thinking. The results obtained using all techniques shall be relevant to each other.

Influence: The philosophical critical thinking generally have influences of past records. So, the thinker always relate current situation with similar kind of situations happened in past.

Emotional thinking: The man nature used to be evaluated thinking many situations. The behavioral study of man (or resources) shall be carried out prior to decision making.

Biased thinking: Generally no when critical thinking is philosophical.
