A convenience store chain has decided to open outlets in a combination of isolated locations, unplanned business districts, and planned shopping centers. Comment on this strategy. Is there any advantage to this chain having trading-area overlap? Explain your answer.

I believe that this strategy may actually work out for the organization because because in such areas the competition is very low although inha itants will be looking for such stores and they will prefer to give business to the store. This will provide an advantage to the organization as they will be early entrants in the market which will create a competitive advantage for them and ensure that they have an upper hand over the competition once the area develops and other business Organizations enter the same as well.

Early or cery first entrant ts will have certain advantages and this organization will enjoy the same as they will be preferred I were the other side and they need to main such quality as well.
